Does the design t-shirt  not fit or should you have changed your mind and want a different model? Not to worry! Exchanging it is no problem at all.

Please note:  With the holidays, the return period will of course be extended to  30 days after the holidays, so you can give your gift without any worries.

Send back the items containing the action you expect from us in a sturdy box to the address below. We will then try to process it as soon as possible.
"You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount  

The costs for return delivery from your home to the online shop are for your own account. 
You are responsible for the return delivery costs.

We advise you to send the parcel using a shipping service with track & trace. No106 is not responsible for lost returns.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

You can also click on the " Return request link ". This link is on the order confirmation email you received from No106 

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products. For example customisation of shirts.

Criticism is not always nice, but it helps us work on our brand! We would therefore like to hear the reason for the return, what was disappointing and what we can improve.
